During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotless, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The parking options were convenient, and the transportation to the center was easy thanks to the hotel's proximity to the metro station. I loved that I could easily reach the city center in just a few minutes. The location was perfect, with outdoor cafes nearby that would turn on heaters in the evenings, allowing me to enjoy the atmosphere even during colder weather. Lastly, the staff was exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay.

The seating areas around the hotel were comfortable and inviting, allowing us to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, just a short train ride away from the city center of this vibrant city, made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the attractions, even in the cold winter weather.
No response from the hotel regarding requested refund was frustrating.
